So, I use supplements for fitness. Supps are a great way to help you reach your goal. I thought I’d do a small article on what I myself am taking right now. The Muscle Milk light is actually my girlfriend’s.

I myself use Testostro Grow HP, CLA, BCAA, Green Tea extract, Glutamine of course, 5-HTP and then before bed, ZMA. In addition to Whey Protein from Nectar and Meal supplement shakes from Muscle Milk. The only thing missing from this pic is my No-Xplode Lemon Lime, that’s in the cupboard along side the Oh Yeah! Protein/Carb chocolate bars.

Today I experimented and combined two powdered drinks. I used Muscle Milk Orange Creme and Nectar’s Fuzzy Navel. I was thinking.. one is peach, one is orange, it’ll work. I had no freaking idea how well it’d work.  Wow.Seriously. It’s like an Orange Julius or something. FUCKED UP TASTY. Seriously. Like, you have a sip and you’re like.. OMFGOMFG and you want to slam it right there and then.

I combine both of these, which ends up being three scoops total. Two scoops of Muscle Milk Orange Creme and One scoop of Nectar Fuzzy Navel. It works out to 300 calories per shake but there’s the best part… 56 grams of Protein!

Amy of you out there that understand muscle sculpting, the most important thing is PROTEIN.

These are so fucking good. I’m loving this shit.

Alright, I think it’s safe to say my mind is on a dumb ass topic. How does Coke Cherry Zero stack up against the real version of Cherry Coke? (huge pic if clicked)

I *love* Cherry Coke, but I have to tell ya, Coke Cherry Zero is pretty damn close to the real deal.. maybe even better.  When you compare the 150 calories, 42g sugar, 35mg Sodium and 42 carbs for Cherry Coke…. and 0 Calories, 0 Sugar, 0 Carbs and 2 mg of Sodium for Coke Cherry Zero… umm… no contest.  I promise, this will be my last post about Cherry Coke Zero in Canada. umm.. no it won’t.

They don’t sell Cherry Coke or Coke Cherry Zero in Canada, these were brought up by my buddy Glen for me… 2 cases of each… muhahaha.

I live in Canada. I used to live in the US. I miss many of the things available in the US, but Bush is a crazy fucker so for now, I call Canada home.

One of the items available for purchase in the United States is Coke Cherry Zero or Coke Zero Cherry. You can’t get it in Canada, although Coke Canada supposedly was going to beta test it here. Yeah, right, Coke Canada actually know what the hell people want? I don’t think so.

My buddy Glen was coming up from Seattle so I asked him to hook me up. he brought several goodies, I’ll write about others later..

In the mean time, my fellow Canadians, Coke Cherry Zero is everything you thought it would be. and more. It’s amazing.

Coke Canada, if you see this through Google or whatever… WAKE THE FUCK UP AND START MAKING THIS. Stop with that vanilla shit that nobody cares about. Vanilla/Black Cherry? Are you kidding me? That stuff is piss on a good day. Rant over =)

I see these energy drinks all over the place and honestly, it’s hard to know which are good and which taste like piss. I hate Red Bull unless it’s got vodka and even then, it’s very high school.

So I am at the grocery store… and I see this, I figure fuck it… I buy two cans. the normal flavor and the second version they sell. Mountain Dew’s AMP Energy Drink. The base version, the citrus version… meh, not bad.
