In the past you’ve heard me talk about Turn up the Heat by Dr Philip Goglia. I had read about the book online and I had seen a magazine article (that I scanned and put here) and I grabbed the book from the local library and wow… amazing.

I wanted my own copy so I ordered it from Amazon and here it is!

If you’ve ever fucked around with dropping 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 15 pounds, more… this *IS* the book for you. It’s not some fad diet or shit that will blow up on you. It’s a way to retrain your brain on how you should view food etc.

It works too, and inside the book there is a plan for men, or women. I also have been reading this book called “The Truth”

Frank Sepe knows what he’s talking about. In his book he goes over the basics, the intermediate and the advanced ways of eating, working out, what sups to take/stay away from etc.

It’s weird when you start eating properly or working out and you start to see changes… it’s inspiring.

I picked up some Lemon Lime No-Xplode yesterday, along side some OhYeah! protein/carb bars, Fuzzy Navel flavored protein shakes and of course, a few muscle milk flavors. Choco (MM light), Orange creme and Banana cream. One thing I learned, if you want to create change, you have to take action.

I actually look forward to working out, seeing the change, watching the body fat % change on my scale. I am at 190. My goal is to be around 200-205 area by summer next year and look relatively cut. Not roid monkey cut… just healthy, bigger then I am now.

I’m pretty sure I can do it. I wear an XL or XXL depending on the shirt, I want the XL to be tight and the XXL to be snug. the L shirts I have are tight as in.. meh, we’ll see what happens.
