I know we all have areas we’d like to change. I know we all are harder on ourselves then we should be. I know myself, I’d love to have the rippling six pack abs I used to have when I played hockey… but reality for most is, not happening. As you get older, your metabolism kicks you in the cunt and makes it harder. I have seen a few guys with amazing bodies that did it naturally, but a lot of guys these days use steroids because they want to look bigger, puffier, it’s pretty messed up.

If you yourself would like to shed 10-15 pounds, here’s an option. This is a magazine scan that might help you. Yes, it’s hardcore and no, it’s not easy, but it *DOES* work. I myself have tried this and it was working for me. This is a three week program, you don’t do it over at the end, your body won’t work that way… your body learns patterns right? So right now, this will work because you haven’t done it before. This is NOT a diet. Diets don’t work dude. This is a retraining of your metabolic system.

If you want to lose 5 pounds, do this… drink your weight in water ounces daily. So if you weigh 170 pounds, drink 170 ounces of water daily. Spread it out over the day. Do this and inside a week, you WILL lose five pounds. Think I am full of shit? Try it, you’ll see for yourself.  If you’re female, same thing… you weigh 120? Drink 120 ounces. One liter is 32 ounces if that helps.
